"Laven Fiskesø" is a natural fishing lake in the beautiful
Lake District of Denmark. Here you will be able to catch trouts of up to 8-9 kilos in weight. This lake is not man made, but natural. However, trees are planted around the lake to give the anglers shelter from wind and sun. |

It's easy to find. The lake is situated only 2 kms. west of
the Århus-Silkeborg main road (no.15). Plenty of signs will guide you to the lake.
In the area you will also find 3 huge camping sites, hotels and cozy inns.
The lake covers an area of about 6000 square meters and is 6 meters deep at the deepest. |

Among the fish you will be able to catch is rainbow trout.
The lake has several handy facilities, like a place for cleaning the fish (with running water), toilet, family grill, tables and chairs (covered). |

In order to prevent water pollution all use of chemical bait is forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to feed the fish. |
